All can be saved, from the soil to the existent buildings, from the plants to the persons. The process of decontamination of the area not only corrects the evil with simplicity, but offers the raw material for the closing of the houses, also donated by the industrial heritage of the site.

The existing buildings undress themselves offering an open covered space free to be used in every way possible, depending only of the will of the future residents.

The constructive system derived from that chain is easy to learn and reproduce, giving the families the opportunity to participate in the construction of their own home, creating, from the construction site, the care for the place where they will live and work. The area can grow with the desire of the community.

Time is not a problem, it is a opportunity. Opportunity to sow the producing system together with the community system. As the soil heals, people learn how to live knowing what is eaten and how to produce it. The living style will be at their own terms. It won’t be only the working place or the sleeping dorm.

The multitarget opportunities of work that will be created inside the area will call a great variety of people, of many ages and ethnic groups.

For those who are able to farm a land and for those that are willing to learn it. For those that work with construction and for those that study about it. For those that sow a seed and for those that research it. Their life will be constructed with their own hands.
